Casket Wraps Printing Service
Casket wraps now offer high grade prints for casket wraps. Our prints are high quality and assured to exceed your expectations. We use 3M IJ180CV3 Vinyl Wrap Film. All prints are laminated to insure a nice finish and to protect your print from scratches when your installing your prints.
We offer a 2 day turnaround time on our standard print after approval of artwork, with free ground shipping (shipping time not included). We also offer an 1 day rush service on our prints for an additional fee. Orders must be place before 12pm cst. to guarantee turnaround times.
Casket wrap prints should be installed by a professional to guarantee a smooth install. If you are in need of an installer go to 3M website and locate an accredited and professional installer near you. We are not responsible for any errors, bubbles, or anything related to installs. We guarantee our prints only, not installs.
Our Design Team
There are a few things to keep in mind. For the best results high-resolution pictures are always best. Photos downloaded from social media or low-quality pictures from cell phones do not always make the best source for high quality casket wrap prints. They produce grainy and pixelated images on the casket wrap.
We will also need your loved one’s name, color schemes for the viewing, birth and death date, as well as any styling ideas wanted to be achieved in the design. Once these details are obtained a designer will produce and mock-up a unique design for the whole casket, including the top lid and all four sides. The initial design is then reviewed by the family for print approval or changes to design. Upon approval of the casket wrap, the design is then printed, laminated, and shipped by method chosen by you.

When using your own design for casket wraps prints here are the guidelines that need to followed:
We strongly recommend that files sent to Casket Wraps follow these guidelines:
- File size should not exceed 1 GB.
- Generally, 72 PPI at 1:1 ratio (or 100%) is a good standard for large format prints. Content that does not meet this standard may print images that are fuzzy, pixelated or otherwise distorted for which Casket Wraps does not accept any responsibility.
- Designed in CMYK with no embedded color profile. You may upload in RGB or some other standard if you choose, however, the color will be converted to CMYK and Casket Wraps is not responsible for any inaccuracy or color shift that occurs as a result of the conversion.
- When submitting vector files, please be sure to convert all fonts to outlines, curves, or paths.
- Artboard should contain whole image. If an image extends past the artboard, the file will only import the portion of your image contained within the artboard. Do not include excess white space.
- Acceptable file formats for printing:
- PDF, PSD/PSB, TIFF, JPEG, TIFF, PNG, AI. (Note: Each file type has different qualities and limitations that make them suitable for specific jobs.)
- Files should be ready to print as-is, with the exception of scaling due to file size limitations. If a job needs to be scaled, Casket Wraps MUST be informed at time of order being placed.
We reserve the right to reject content that does not meet this standard, but we do not assume any obligation to verify that the content meets this criterion.
